The PureT chrome-plated brass, slip-joint feed water adapter taps into cold water supplies for reverse osmosis and undercounter filtration systems. The adapter, with ½-inch male and female NPT threads, installs between the water supply line and the sink faucet and works best with an angled ¼-inch compression needle valve (ANV-1414) or a straight ball valve (BV-1414). A ¼-inch female NPT on the side of the slip-joint adapter accepts the ball valve, and each adapter comes with both a conical and a flat rubber seal washer.
